You are welcome to call the Open Enrollment Education Center at 888.564.4480 to speak with an enroller from October 14 to October 25, 2024, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. CST.

Enter your Social Security Number (SSN)

Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN): Enter the last 4 digits of your SSN plus the last two digits of your year of birth (6 digits total)

Remember to have all necessary information available when enrolling:

Social Security Numbers for you and your dependents;

Date of Birth for you and your dependents;

Proper spelling of each dependent’s first and last name;

Beneficiary details.
