Knight employees have two medical plan options

Knight Transportation offers a choice of two (2) medical plans from AZ Blue

• A Standard (EPO) medical plan or Wellness (PPO) medical plan is available to employees from BlueCross BlueShield of Arizona, with both plans utilizing a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) through HealthEquity

• Wellness Programs managed by USWellness are utilized for both the Standard and Wellness medical plans​

For Arizona residents only, a BlueSignature Prosano Plan is available

• The BlueSignature Prosano Plan offers no-cost advanced primary care for services performed at or by Prosano Health Advanced Primary Care Centers (Prosano Health)
